General information & conditions
Please note that your room(s) will be ready by 14.00 on your arrival
day. On departure day we kindly ask you to leave your room(s) by 11.00
am.
Payment and prepayment:
We prefer payment in cash or by
cheque. To guarantee your reservation, we would like to ask you for a
prepayment. You can transfer the money on the following bank

The prepayment depends on the length
of your visit and the number of persons. Upon your reservation, we will
confirm the exact amount of the prepayment in writing.
Cancellation:
If you have decided to cancel your
reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. We will not
charge you if you cancel your booking up to 1 month before arrival. In
case of a cancellation made later than 1 month before arrival date, we
will of course try to find other guests. If this fails, we will cash
the prepayment.
